Paint floors with base coat. Let dry 48 hours.
Decide which way the wood grain should run.
Mix 2 parts glaze to 1 part paint and paint a 2' wide section of floor.
Take sponge mop and drag through glaze mixture from one end of the floor to the other to achieve wood grain effect. Let dry 24 hours.
Tape a brown magic marker to a broom handle and, using a straight 2" X 4" X 8' piece of lumber as a spacer, draw lines from one end of the floor to the other. Divide boards randomly horizontally to simulate the look of wooden boards. Let dry.
Lightly colour wash entire floor with accent stain.
(OPTIONAL) Using delicate Painter's Tape, tape a border around edge of floor and create a centre motif with a stencil.
